Custom orders ship after the made-to-measure production window (3–6 weeks).
Ready-to-wear pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery — unworn, with original tags and packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt.
You will receive a tracking link by email when the courier collects your parcel. Logged-in customers can also see live order status under My Account → Orders.
Email returns@bara.com with your order number and a brief reason. We send a prepaid label for eligible returns within 24 hours.
